1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1. These General Conditions of Sale are agreed by "O Cantinho do AL" and the people who wish to make purchases through its website www.ocantinhodoal.webnode.pt, now referred to as "Customer", and in no way contravene the law in force.

1.2. The parties agree that purchases made through this website will be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any other conditions.

1.3. Considering that the online sales environment is naturally different from that in person in our physical store, for this reason the General Conditions of Sale at www.ocantinhodoal.webnode.pt are specific and prevail whenever there are inconsistencies in the treatment provided to you on this website and that practiced in our physical store.

2. SPECIFICITY OF PRODUCTS AND CONTENT PRESENTED

2.1. Each product is accompanied by a description and all the necessary information. We want to ensure that all information disclosed is free from publication errors. Whenever we detect an error that could significantly alter the conditions that determined the execution of this contract, we will contact the customer to decide, under the terms indicated here, about its maintenance.

2.2. The images presented are intended exclusively to illustrate the indicated article and are not part of the contractual purchase and sale link between O Cantinho do AL and the customer.

2.3. The color tones of product images displayed on your equipment's screen may differ from reality and depend on factors outside the sphere of responsibility of O Cantinho do AL.

3. ORDER AT WWW.OCANTINHODOAL.WEBNODE.PT

3.1. You can place your order on our website www.ocantinhodoal.webnode.pt, 24 hours a day.

3.2. The Customer can submit their order on this website, through the purchase process called "check-out", after using the online device, selecting "Add to basket" from the online catalog presented on the website.

3.3. In this process, the customer must verify that the products they have selected are intended for the intended use. Using a product for purposes other than those presented on the website may result in total or partial voiding of the warranty.

3.4. To send your order, the customer must add information and choose the options available throughout the "check-out" process (delivery and billing address; shipping method; payment method, among other requests).

3.5. The sending of the order by the customer is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the general conditions of sale that will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

3.6. O Cantinho do AL will honor orders received through its website www.ocantinhodoal.webnode.pt only up to the limit of available stocks, and in the event of lack of product availability, it undertakes to inform the Customer within 24 to 48 hours.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. O Cantinho do AL, through its website, offers the customer the use of different payment methods, advertised at www.ocantinhodoal.webnode.pt (MBWAY or Cash for withdrawals in the physical store or free deliveries in the Municipality of Almada).

Orders that are not paid within three business days will be cancelled.

4.2. The customer pays a lump sum corresponding to the costs of processing the order (shipping costs, etc.).

4.3. Cantinho do AL guarantees maximum confidentiality and security in data transmitted over the internet.

5. PRICE

5.1. The advertised prices must be understood in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force on the date of payment of the order.

5.2. The prices presented during the "check-out" process always correspond to the most up-to-date prices in force, however, they should only be considered valid while they are visible on this website on a refreshed page (pages that are not refreshed may show prices that are no longer in force ). The price shown is only guaranteed under these conditions and only after the order is duly registered.

6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS

6.1. Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the delivery location, weight and volume of the package.

6.2. Orders will only be processed after effective receipt of payment. The order may take up to 2 days to be processed.

6.3. Delivery times: orders will be sent by a carrier, indicated at www.ocantinhodoal.webnode.pt: deliveries to mainland Portugal take at least three working days. For the Islands of Madeira, Azores and abroad, subject to prior consultation for information on shipping costs and respective deadlines and delivery location.

6.4. The direction indicated by the customer may be a private home, a place of work or any other direction indicated. It is not necessary for the billing direction and shipping direction to match. The correct indication of the address is the customer's responsibility.

6.5. If the order is returned to the sender because a new delivery was not arranged in time, due to the customer being absent from the address and not answering their cell phone or responding to email; Reshipment will only be made upon payment of the costs related to returning and resending the order. After 10 days have passed without the customer paying the aforementioned amounts, the order will be cancelled, with the amount already paid by the customer being credited to the current account, less the expenses related to returning the order.

6.6. In the case of international shipments, we guarantee that your order will be sent to the (National) address of the forwarder indicated by the customer, with a copy of the order registration being sent to the customer, so that they can continue the rest of the process and follow the shipment. However, we are completely not responsible for any customs fees and restrictions on product movement in some destinations, particularly outside the European Union. It is up to the customer to check with the local import authorities what additional procedures are necessary.

6.7. If the delivery service finds there is a high risk of damage when transporting the products to the delivery or assembly location, they may advise against carrying it out. In this case, if the customer intends to contravene this advice, the transport will take place under their responsibility and risk, and O cantinho do AL will not accept costs resulting from resulting damages.

6.9. AL's Corner seeks to ensure that the products delivered are in perfect condition and in accordance with the order you placed. However, for your safety we recommend the following procedures:

A) Check that the outer packaging does not show signs of abuse;

B) Open the packages in the indicated areas, keeping them in good condition for a period of 48 hours;

C) Check that the products do not have visible transport or manufacturing defects;

6.10. O Cantinho do AL makes every effort to meet the delivery deadlines it assumes with customers. In the event of unforeseen events that result in failure to deliver the item on the confirmed date, the customer may choose to reschedule delivery to a new date or alternatively terminate the contract at no additional cost, with all amounts delivered under the terms indicated in the chapter 7 of this contract.

7. LITIGATION AND LIABILITY

7.1. For any dispute arising from the application of these General Conditions of Use and Sale, the court of the district of Almada will have jurisdiction, waiving any other.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All elements present in WWW.OCANTINHODOAL.WEBNODE.PT, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
