Exchange and Returns Policy

1. How do I return my products?

Any return/exchange of items must comply with the following condition:

Return of items in good condition (in salable condition), with original, undamaged packaging, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show signs of use, we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund. You have a period of 30 days after receiving the order to exchange or return it.

2. What should I take into consideration?

If you choose to return the amount, we inform you that:

Shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers affected by transport or technical problems with the product.

Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason that led to the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

The return will only be made after checking the condition of the product and complying with the conditions described above.

3. What to do if the packaging is damaged?

Upon delivery, before accepting the order, you must check the condition of the box and labels, namely: Has the box been opened or torn? In these cases, you must immediately complain to the carrier and not accept the order, contacting our customer support.

You should also contact our Customer Support if you received a package in good condition, but the items are still damaged. In this case, you must take photographs of the box and the packaging of the damaged items and send them to customer support. You must not throw the box or items away and must follow the instructions given by our customer support team.
